1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any bookings you make for training services supplied by ASSD Media Ltd T/A Pig’s Can Fly (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this site or booking a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions
Services: access to online training courses including A2 CofC, GVC and related materials.
User / You: any person viewing this website or booking a Service.
3. Booking and Contract Formation
A contract is formed only once we issue you a confirmation email after you complete your booking and payment. No contract exists until that confirmation is sent.
4. Payment
All fees must be paid at the time of booking. Prices displayed include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but confirmed orders remain at the price quoted at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery of Services
Upon confirmation, we will grant access to the online learning platform and training materials. Access is typically supplied immediately unless technical issues occur. Registered access lasts 30 days; extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Statutory Cooling-Off Period
Under UK law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period beginning the day after the contract is formed, during which you may cancel for any reason and receive a refund. GOV.UK
6.2 Waiver of Cooling-Off Rights
You acknowledge that by completing your booking and accessing digital content (e.g., online training materials), you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if services are fully provided within the 14-day period and you agreed to start access immediately. 6.3 Partial Refunds
If you access materials and then cancel partway through, we may retain a proportionate amount of the fee to reflect training already supplied.
6.4 Post-Cooling-Off Cancellations
Once the statutory cooling-off period has passed and services have commenced, cancellations are at our discretion and may not be refundable.
6.5 Administrative Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your access if terms are breached. Refunds in this case may be partial or full at our discretion.
7. Access and Completion
You agree to complete training within the period specified at the time of purchase. Failure to do so without prior agreement may result in termination of access with no refund.
8. Tutor Support
Support is provided as described on the relevant course page. Response times are indicative but not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, graphics and course materials remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute or share without written permission.
10. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage arising in connection with services is limited to the amount you paid for the service, except in cases of our negligence causing personal injury or fraud.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
