Equipment Needed
To take the theoretical exam, you’ll need:
A computer or laptop with a webcam.
A tablet with a webcam and the ability to download the Mettl app for the test.
Flight Responsibilities
Once certified, you’ll be required to:
Conduct and record risk assessments for your flights.
Maintain detailed flight records.
Hold insurance for commercial drone operations (we recommend liability insurance for all flights).
To make this easier, we’ve provided blank forms for pre- and post-flight documentation.
